- What is the refund process?
Upon arrival and inspection at our warehouse, eligible products will be refunded. Card payments are refunded to the linked bank account.
For UAE returns: The courier will contact you within 48 hours to collect the item(s) from your address.
For international returns: The courier will contact you within 2-3 working days to collect the item(s) from your address.
NOTE: You can raise a return request only once per order. Make sure to select all items you wish to return at that time. Once a return request is submitted, no additional items from the same order can be included. - How can I exchange a product?
Exchange requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery, whether your order was placed within the UAE or internationally.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

We accept returns on items that are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. Returns that show signs of wear, staining or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
